Privacy Notice

Effective: August 26, 2026

This website collects only the information you intentionally submit through CLEVK inquiry forms, plus ordinary server logs required to operate and protect the site. The current public build does not intentionally use advertising trackers or sell personal information.

Inquiry data

When you submit a form, CLEVK may receive your name, company, email, revenue range, bottleneck description, page/language context and a one-way hash derived from the requesting IP for abuse controls. Delivery may occur through a configured CRM/webhook or server mail transport.

Purpose

Inquiry data is used to respond to your request, evaluate fit, protect the site from abuse and maintain business records related to the inquiry.

Third-party systems

When CLEVK later connects CRM, scheduling, analytics or other providers, those integrations should be documented here before activation. Demo interfaces do not mean an external account is connected.
