Stop losing the calls you never hear.

Enquiries arrive at nine on a Sunday night. Somebody answers at eight on Monday, and by then the person booked somewhere else. Booking OS answers in seconds, qualifies before it holds a slot, confirms, reminds and recovers — on your own site, with the calendar you already use.

01The problem

Your businesshas a door.

Ten people want to come in today. How many actually get in depends on one thing: whether somebody was free at that exact moment. Press the four moments and watch.

02Live simulation

Watch the same leadreach two different businesses.

Pick a business, a channel and an hour. One lane runs the way most companies operate tonight. The other runs on Booking OS. Nothing is scripted for effect — those are the actual helper steps we install, including the one that refuses.

03The demo

Book an appointment.Right now, on this page.

This is the same thing your customers would use. Pick a service and a time, and watch the right-hand panel — that is what happens behind the scenes, in the order it really happens.

04How it ships

Live in ten days.Measuring from day one.

  1. 01–02

    Map

Journey map, service taxonomy, risk register and consent model. You approve before anything is built.

  2. 03–04

    Configure

Booking surface, routing rules, helper scripts and your voice. First testable system in your hands.

  3. 05–06

    Connect

Calendars, CRM, email and payments — every account created in your name, not ours.

  4. 07–08

    Pressure-test

Adversarial QA: edge cases, double bookings, wrong paths, hostile inputs. You get the evidence pack, including what failed.

  5. 09–10

    Hand over

Go-live, walkthrough, credentials transferred, and a 30-day tuning window. If we part ways, nothing switches off.

Three regions, three sets of rules.

US

SMS is blocked until the paperwork exists

Texting US numbers needs A2P 10DLC registration, which needs an EIN. CLEVK does not have one yet, so the system runs on email and calendar invites and logs the refusal. We would rather say that here than after you have paid.

Europe

Privacy by design

Data minimised at capture, a lawful basis per field, configurable retention, and a deletion path that actually deletes.

Latin America

Spanish first, not translated

Native Spanish helpers, consent captured in the channel the client actually uses, and local rules on data and payments.

05The model

Run your own numbers. It is allowed to say no.

No email gate, no form. Move the five controls. If the arithmetic does not work at your volume, this page will tell you so and send you to the free diagnostic instead — we would rather you find that out here than on a sales call.

06What you get
  • Booking on your own domain, with two-way sync to the calendar you already use.
  • A helper that answers the first message in seconds, at any hour, in English or Spanish.
  • Qualification before the slot is held, so your diary stays clean.
  • Confirmations and reminders by email and calendar invite.
  • No-show recovery that reaches out once. Once, not until you answer.
  • Every account created in your name. If we part ways, nothing switches off.

What this isn’t

  • Not a chatbot pretending to be a person.
  • Not a widget renting you somebody else’s booking page.
  • Not a system that texts people who never agreed to be texted — the demo shows it refusing.
  • Not a monthly subscription you have to keep paying to keep the lights on.
07The console

You do not run thisfrom your inbox.

Once it is live you get a console: what came in, what it is worth, what the helpers did about it, and every account it runs on — all in your name. Move through the six screens.

08The price

09Objections

The questions thatactually stop the deal.

How is this different from Calendly or Acuity?
Those are booking links. They assume the visitor already knows exactly what to book, is ready right now, and will not need reminding. Booking OS is a loop: it qualifies before it books, defends the appointment after it books, recovers the ones that fall out, and records what happened. A link is one step of a five-step system — and it is the only step most businesses have.
We already have a CRM. Does this replace it?
No, and we would push back if you asked us to. Your CRM stays the source of truth for the record. Booking OS sits in front of it as the layer that generates and defends the record — every signal, qualification, booking, reminder and recovery attempt writes back into what you already use.
Will a helper talk to my clients and embarrass me?
That is the right fear, and it is what the scope is for. Helpers answer only from the material you approve, they never invent availability or price, and they hand over to a person the moment confidence drops or the conversation turns sensitive. You approve every template before launch and you can read every conversation.
Will it text my clients?
Not in the United States, and not yet. Texting US numbers requires A2P 10DLC registration, which requires an EIN that CLEVK does not have yet. Until it exists the system falls back to email and calendar invites and writes down why — you can watch it do exactly that in the two lanes above. It is the one dependency on this page with a clock outside our control, and it seemed more useful to say so than to leave it out.
What happens if we part ways?
You keep the system. That is the whole point of the word owned: the booking surface is on your domain, the data is in your accounts, the automations run on infrastructure in your name, and the handover is documented so another team can pick it up. Ending the relationship stops our tuning — it does not turn off your business.
Why should I believe a ten-day timeline?
Because the scope is fixed and the protocol is above, in section 03. Ten days works precisely because we are not designing a new product for you — we are configuring a system that already exists to your services, rules and voice. If the ten days slip, you hear it on the day it slips, not at the end.
Does it work in Spanish?
Bilingual from the first line. Helpers detect and hold the client’s language across the whole thread, and this page has a Spanish twin at /es/booking-os/ — not a machine translation of the English one.

Start with the door.

Twenty minutes. We look at how enquiries reach you today and tell you which helpers you actually need — including if the answer is none of them yet.

No deck, no pitch. If it does not fit, we say so on the call.
