You know you are losing enquiries.
What you almost certainly cannot say is which of the six seams is the expensive one — and the visible leak is nearly never the biggest. Six questions, two minutes, no account and no call. It is allowed to end by telling you to buy nothing.

Everybody can nameone leak.
Mark the seams you would bet on, then open the tank and see the actual flow. Most people mark the phone. The phone is rarely the one costing the most.
Six questions.Answer them honestly.
These are the six handoffs where enquiries expire, in the order they happen. Nothing is submitted anywhere — the score is computed in your browser and the report below fills in as you go.
This is the deliverable. Not a preview of one.
The same sheet, built live from your answers, including the section listing what six questions cannot see. If it is still empty, the six above are still waiting.
Five moves.Two minutes.

01
Sweep
Six questions across the whole journey rather than a deep dive into one part. A diagnostic that only looks where you already suspect will only confirm what you already think.
-
02
Sample
Each question probes a different depth — some reach the surface behaviour, some reach the rule underneath it. That is why the answers are three-way and not yes or no.
-
03
Locate
Your answers place the leaks on the journey. Where, not how much: the size of a leak is arithmetic and needs measurement, which this check does not have.
-
04
Rank
The leaks get ordered by damage — the weight of that handoff multiplied by how open you left it. The order is the finding. A list you already knew is not.
-
05
Verdict
Three outcomes, and one of them is that you should not buy anything yet. It is weighted honestly, which is why roughly a third of runs land there.
It costs nothing. Here is what it costs us.
A free diagnostic that is allowed to say no is unusual enough to be worth explaining, so here is the arithmetic from our side rather than a paragraph about how much we care.
It disqualifies faster than a call
A sales call to find out you are not a fit costs an hour of yours and an hour of ours. Six questions costs neither. The people this sends away were never going to be good clients.
It arrives pre-diagnosed
Anybody who does get in touch afterwards already knows which handoff is worst. That conversation starts about forty minutes ahead of where it otherwise would.
The “no” is the credibility
A diagnostic that always recommends buying something is a quote with a quiz on the front. Roughly a third of runs land on don’t-buy-yet, and that ratio is the reason the other two thirds mean anything.
It costs us nothing to run
The whole thing computes in your browser. There is no submission, no storage, no email sequence and no per-run cost — which is the only reason it can be free without a catch attached to it.
That is the entire business case, and it is on the page because a free thing with no visible reason to be free is a thing people are right to be suspicious of.
- A modeled health score out of 100, computed in your browser from your own six answers.
- A leak register ordered by damage — which handoff to fix first, not a list of all of them.
- A written next move, which may be Booking OS, the paid audit, or nothing.
- The section naming what six questions cannot see, on the same page and in the same size type.
- No account, no email, no follow-up sequence. Nothing is submitted anywhere.
What this isn’t
- Not a measurement. Every input is your own estimate, and the report says so.
- Not a dollar figure. Sizing a leak needs your real timestamps, which this does not have.
- Not a lead magnet with a report attached — there is nothing to fill in and nobody will call you.
- Not a substitute for the week-long audit, which is a different depth and costs $2,000.
Free. And it can still say no.
Runs entirely in your browser. Nothing is submitted, nothing is stored, and no sequence starts. If you want it in writing against measured timestamps, that is the audit.
Ask a question insteadThe Revenue Systems Audit — one week inside the real operation, five documents, and the fee credited in full against whatever you build afterwards.

The check is the bottom of the ladder on purpose. Everything above it costs money, and this is the thing that tells you whether any of it is worth yours.

If the check said to build something, twenty minutes is the next step. If it said not to, you do not owe us a call — though we are happy to tell you what we would do in your position.
No deck, no pitch. If it does not fit, we say so on the call.
