00 · The map

One revenue system. Six parts, one order.

Diagnosis, the front door, the full loop, control and stewardship — connected underneath by one record and one evidence policy. The point of a map is not that you buy all of it. It is that you can see where the leak is and enter there.

01Where to start

Start where the leak is.Not where the catalogue starts.

Four ways in, depending on what you can already say about your own operation. Most people should start on the first row and are sold the third.

01

You cannot name the leak

Start with the free Leak Check. Six questions, two minutes, no account. It ranks your handoffs against each other and is allowed to end in “nothing yet”.

02

You can name it but not size it

The Systems Audit. One week inside the real operation, five documents, and the fee credited in full against whatever you build — including nothing.

03

The leak is the front door

Booking OS. Answer, qualify, book, confirm, recover — on your own domain, with the calendar you already use.

04

The front door already works

Revenue OS. The loop that defends what the door creates: recovery, reactivation, attribution. Only worth it once there is volume to defend.

If you are not sure which row you are on, you are on the first one. That is the row that costs nothing.

02The six parts

Six parts. Two of them are not products.

Four things you can buy, and two that hold the rest together. The two that hold it together are the ones the competition does not have.

01

Diagnostic

Revenue Leak Check (free) and Revenue Systems Audit ($2,000, credited). Both are allowed to recommend that you build nothing.

02

The wedge

Booking OS, $2,500. The front door done properly, live in about ten business days.

03

The flagship

Revenue OS, $7,500 Core or $12,000 Growth. The full loop from signal to attributed outcome.

04

Stewardship

CLEVK Care, quoted. Measure, tune, govern, evolve — and nothing switches off if you stop.

05

Control

Command Center. Not a product for sale: the surface you operate the system from, with its boundaries and escalations written down.

06

Evidence

Proof Ledger. Not a product either: the policy that decides what any of the above is allowed to claim. It governs this website too.

Parts 05 and 06 have no price because they are not sold separately. They are the reason the other four can be described honestly, and removing them would make this a catalogue instead of a system.

03The ladder

The whole ladder, with its exits marked.

Every published price, in order, with what each step is for and where it is honest to stop. Two of the six say “quoted”, and they say it because the doctrine has not set them a price — not as an invitation to call.

04The sequence

Perceive, understand, move.In that order, every time.

  1. 01

    Discover

The visible symptoms — the ones somebody in the business could already name. They are almost never the expensive ones, and starting here is how you find that out cheaply.

  2. 02

    Diagnose

Many symptoms traced down to one constraint. This is the step that takes a week and cannot be skipped: automating the wrong step is how a quarter goes by with the numbers unchanged.

  3. 03

    Install

One layer underneath the tools you already run. Nothing is replaced, every account is created in your name, and the layer is the only new thing.

  4. 04

    Control

One surface to operate it from, with the boundaries written down: what is automated, what escalates, and to which named human.

  5. 05

    Prove

Signal to outcome, traceable backwards, with an evidence label on every link of the chain. This is the step that lets the next decision be made on something other than a feeling.

05What every part shares
  • Every account — domain, calendar, CRM, messaging, payments — created in your name from day one.
  • One record underneath, written in both directions, so the tools you already run keep working.
  • Rules, templates and taxonomies in plain text that you own and can edit.
  • An evidence label on every claim: OBSERVED, ESTIMATED, MODELED, ATTRIBUTED or DEMO.
  • A named human on every escalation path, and a written list of what is never automated.
  • Bilingual from the first line, EN and ES, written rather than machine-translated.

What no part of it does

  • Nothing here replaces your CRM, your calendar or your payment processor.
  • Nothing texts a US number — that route is blocked, with its reason, on every page that touches it.
  • Nothing here is a monthly subscription you must keep paying to keep the lights on.
  • Nothing claims a result we did not measure. Where a before-state was not instrumented, the page says so.
06Objections

The questions a maphas to answer.

Do I have to buy all of it?
No, and buying all of it at once is usually the wrong move. The ladder exists so you can enter at the size your problem actually is: the Leak Check is free and can tell you to buy nothing, Booking OS is $2,500 and fixes the front door, and Revenue OS is only worth its price once there is enough volume flowing through that door to be worth defending.
What is the difference between the Leak Check and the Audit?
Depth and evidence. The Leak Check is six questions you answer yourself, in two minutes, for nothing — it ranks your handoffs against each other. The Systems Audit is a week inside the real operation reading your actual timestamps, and it produces five documents. The check exists to tell you whether the audit is worth $2,000 to you.
Is Command Center a product I can buy today?
No, and the page says so. It is the control concept for a system you already own, and its integrations are explicitly not connected — calendar and CRM are in credential_required, analytics is off. What ships today is the surface and the boundaries; what does not ship is a connection nobody has configured.
What holds it together?
One record underneath the tools you already run, and one evidence policy on top of everything anybody says about it. Those two things are the layer. Every product on this page is a different amount of that layer.
Where does Skrat fit?
It does not, yet. Skrat is a separate product being extracted into its own repository and it is not part of this ecosystem’s ladder. When it has its own page it will link from here — and not before, because a name on a systems map implies something exists behind it.

Find the leak first. Then pick the size.

Twenty minutes, or six questions and no call at all. Both routes are allowed to end with us telling you to spend the money somewhere else.

No deck, no pitch. If it does not fit, we say so on the call.
