Your tools work. The space between them does not.

Nobody loses money because the calendar is bad. They lose it in the four seams where a customer crosses from one system to the next and something stops travelling with them. Revenue OS is one record underneath all of them — capture, qualify, book, defend, recover, prove — and every account in your name.

01The problem

Five tools.Four seams.

Follow one customer across the systems you already run, and press each seam to see which fields stop travelling. Nothing here is broken — that is the point.

02The difference

You have options. Here is where each one stops.

We are not going to pretend a booking link is useless. If a link is all you need, buy the link. This exists because most owners buy the link, find it solved a fifth of the problem, and spend the next year hand-stitching the rest.

What each option does and does not do. Costs are order-of-magnitude, not quotes.

The receptionist row is the one worth sitting with. A person does the judgement parts better than any of this and cannot work at 2am — which is why the honest comparison is not “instead of” but “what should a person be spending their day on”.

03The roster

Nine agents.You choose the lineup.

Four of them are the loop itself and do not switch off. Switch any of the other five and watch which stage of the loop loses its owner — and read what happens to that stage when nobody owns it.

04How work moves

Five moves.Every single lead.

  1. 01

    It lands

Website, phone, WhatsApp, DM, SMS, ad click, referral. Six shapes, six timetables, six places to look.

  2. 02

    It becomes one thing

Every arrival is normalised into the same object with the same fields. Unglamorous, and the reason everything after it is possible.

  3. 03

    It gets routed

Service clarity, eligibility, true availability, consent. Rules you wrote and can read, not a model guessing.

  4. 04

    The roster works it

Qualify, book, confirm, remind, chase, reactivate, refer — whichever agents you switched on, in the order the loop needs them.

  5. 05

    It comes back as evidence

Signal → qualified → booked → attended → paid, attributed to the source that started it. And then the loop closes.

05The model

See the price. Before the call, not after.

No discovery maze, no six-week proposal cycle, no “let us schedule a call to discuss pricing”. Configure it, watch the published step and the modeled return move together, and if the arithmetic does not work this page will say so and send you somewhere cheaper.

06What you get
  • One record underneath every tool you already run, written in both directions.
  • The four base agents — capture, qualify, book, continuity — and whichever of the other five you switch on.
  • A booking surface on your own domain, with two-way calendar sync.
  • Routing rules, service taxonomy and message templates in plain text, yours to edit.
  • An attribution path from the channel to the payment, so the reports mean something.
  • Every account created in your name. If we part ways, nothing switches off.

What this isn’t

  • Not a replacement for your CRM, your calendar or your payment processor.
  • Not an agent that improvises price, availability or advice.
  • Not a system that texts US numbers — that route is blocked, with a reason, in section 03.
  • Not a monthly subscription you have to keep paying to keep the lights on.
07The console

You do not run thisfrom your inbox.

Once it is live you get a console: what came in, what it is worth, what the agents did about it, and every account it runs on — all in your name. Move through the six screens.

08The price

Two steps.Both published.

$7,500 Core · one-time · live in ~10 business days

The full loop, signal to outcome: the four base agents, the record underneath, the booking surface on your domain and the attribution path. No monthly fee is required to keep it running.

Book a 20-min call
Growth $12,000

Every channel, plus recovery, reactivation, proof and referral — the agents that decide whether it grows rather than whether it works. Same ten days.

09Objections

The questions thatactually stop the deal.

We already have a CRM. Does this replace it?
No, and we would push back if you asked us to. Your CRM stays the source of truth. Revenue OS sits underneath as the layer that generates, defends and attributes the record — every signal, qualification, booking, reminder and recovery attempt writes back into what you already use. If we replaced your CRM you would have bought a migration, not a system.
Is the configurator price the real price?
It is the real ladder. Your configuration lands on a published step — $7,500 for Core or $12,000 for Growth — and anything that falls outside the ladder says quoted instead of guessing a number at you. The previous version of this page priced nine agents individually, and every one of those figures was invented. We took them out.
Will an AI agent talk to my clients and embarrass me?
That is the right fear, and it is what the scope document is for. Agents answer only from material you approve, they never invent availability or price, and they hand over to a named person the moment confidence drops or the conversation turns sensitive. You approve every template before launch and you can read every conversation afterwards.
Does the voice agent work in the United States?
Not yet, and the page says so where you would switch it on. An AI phone agent needs a provisioned telephony number, and that route runs through registration CLEVK cannot complete without an EIN it does not have. Outside the US it ships. Inside it does not, and you will hear that from us before you pay rather than after.
What happens if we part ways?
You keep the system. The booking surface is on your domain, the data is in your accounts, every automation runs on infrastructure created in your name, and the handover is documented well enough for another team to pick it up. Ending the relationship stops our tuning — it does not turn off your business.
Is $7,500 not a lot for a business our size?
Very possibly, and the calculator above will tell you so in your own numbers. If the modeled return does not clear the price, it sends you to Booking OS at $2,500 or to the free Leak Check. A page that can only ever recommend its own most expensive option is a brochure with sliders on it.
Does it work in Spanish and for Latin America?
Bilingual from the first line, not translated after the fact. Agents detect and hold the client’s language across the whole thread, and this page has a Spanish twin at /es/revenue-os/ written rather than machine-translated.

Your next client should not dependon whether you could answer the phone.

Twenty minutes. Bring the configuration you just built. We tell you honestly whether it is worth it at your size — and if it is not, you will hear that too.

No deck, no discovery maze. One call, one number, one decision.
