Six systems. Every one of them opens.
A booking setup that qualifies before it books, a luxury charter fleet, a trilingual donation platform, a learning platform, an event surface and a B2B proposal microsite. Six live links, no screenshots — and not one percentage, because none of them measured a before-state.

What a portfolionormally hides.
Six things a case study usually does, and what this page does instead. The second column costs us deals and it is the reason to trust the first.
- A growth percentage in a headline. No baseline, no method, no client named.
- A screenshot, so nobody can check whether it is live.
- Website work described as if it were the product being sold today.
- A testimonial written by the agency and approved over email.
- Logos, with no indication of whether anybody asked.
- The deliverable described, and called a result.
- No percentage at all. Nobody instrumented a before-state, so there is nothing to report.
- A link to the live system. All six open.
- Five of six marked where the product came from, not as deliveries of it.
- No testimonials. Not one, until a client writes one unprompted.
- The permission state on every card, including the one that says NDA.
- What was built, separated from what is not being claimed about it.
The left-hand column is not hypothetical: the previous version of this company’s website carried four growth percentages, none of which had a measured baseline behind it. They came off. The Proof Ledger names them and explains which evidence state each would need before it could go back up — that is the page for grading claims, and this one deliberately does not repeat the figures.
Six clients.Filter by what they became.
Each card carries what was built, which product on the ladder it maps to, its permission state, and what is not being claimed about it. Filter by product to see how the ladder was actually learned.
The first one builton the current protocol.
Studio Dolci — Elisa Dolci’s creative practice — is the first Booking Setup delivered as the product rather than as a website with a form on it. Trilingual, on her own domain, and it qualifies before it books.
- Every engagement from here on measures its own before-state, before anything is installed.
- Permission to publish is agreed in writing at the start, not asked for afterwards as a favour.
- The founding-cohort rate exists to buy exactly those two things: a baseline and a release.
- Every case separates what was built from what changed, and labels each with its evidence state.
- Silence is treated as a no after fourteen days, and the entry comes down.
What will never appear here
- A percentage, a lift or a multiple with no measured baseline behind it.
- A screenshot standing in for a link, when the system is live and openable.
- A testimonial. Not one, until a client wrote it unprompted and agreed to it being published.
- A client’s own impact figures republished as though they were our result.
The questions a portfolioshould have to answer.
Why are there no percentages on this page?
Five of these are websites, not the products you sell.
Why does one card say NDA?
Do these clients know they are on here?
Can I talk to a reference?
Be the casewith a baseline in it.
The founding cohort is priced the way it is because it buys permission to publish and a measured before-state. If you would rather not be published, that is a legitimate answer and the price is the standard one.
Every link on this page opens a live client system. None of them is a screenshot.
